Professional Social Media

As we all know social media is the new marketing guru. When creating social media sites centered around my brand the first step was to separate my personal life. All of my business content will be on a business page that I create. I will keep all my content related to my brand and giving a better insight into my services. I want to use different approaches on each social media platform. Instagram may be more pictures, quotes, and tips, while Facebook may be more video content and promotion of my services. Linkedin will be used to network with organizations/groups that share the same interest as mine. Some groups on Linked I would suggest for others interested in training & development would be, Training, Learning, Education, Human Reosurce & Talent Development Network by Innovation Training.com ( https://www.linkedin.com/groups/114285/ ), Organization Development (OD) | Training & Development ( https://www.linkedin.com/groups/2087299/ ), SHRM ( https://www.linkedin.com/comp

Youtube Vlogging

As I continue to grow my brand, I will begin to use vlogging as a way to expand my brand. The vlogging platform I will use is Youtube. Not only am I familiar with Youtube, but the site is one of the highest volume platforms with almost 5 billion views a day. One particular vlogger that I have come to love is Myra Golden. Her vlog relates to my brand, as she trains and provides advice on skills needed in the workforce. I have used her vlog many times in my current role as a supervisor. Her videos provide step by step coaching, with a focus on restoring companies customer confidence in their brands after service failures. Because I want to be a training consultant for companies, her vlogs give me insight on how to make my content stand out. Check her out below!  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lLbIqs6nsd4

My Five Favorite Blogs

Hi guys, in this post I'll be sharing with you all my five favorite blog sites. These blogs provide me with insight and inspiration in creating my own brand.  1. https://womanifesting.com/ My first blog choice is by Abiola Abrams. I love this blog because it focuses on women empowerment. In branding, I love the displays used on this blog. Not only is the information powerful, but the images keep my attention. I want my brand to be uplifting not only through the content but through the presentation such as this brand.  2. https://www.xonecole.com/ I was first introduced to this blog through social media. What originally started as a gossip site, has now turned into a lifestyle brand. I admire Necole's strength to step out on faith to do a complete 360 of her brand. I always run across thought-provoking topics, with great advice, with a lot of these topics relating to my everyday life as a woman. This blog has influenced how I would promote my brand through social. Necole, post
